Who we are

Practice Management Software Solutions was founded in 2015, after taking over the reigns from Michael Dickson at Dentmed Pty Ltd.

PMSS are a small, family orientated business who are committed to helping you and your staff achieve excellence in your software systems. We also work with partners who we can rely on and trust to deliver the exceptional level of service that PMSS expect. We won’t let you down.

We are based in Brisbane, QLD, and work out of a home office. We don’t feel the need for a fancy offices. We come to you, anywhere in Australia.

Simon

The Applications Nerd

Simon leads the charge in the PMSS team. He does the lot.

He takes your calls. He installs. He turns up. He helps.

Simon’s professional background is in applications; including application implementation, project management, support, training, design, development, testing, management and upgrades. In one line…he’s the applications nerd.

Simon recently spent five weeks in USA doing intensive training with the MacPractice team at their headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. He also attended trade shows in Chicago and Atlanta, working closely alongside some of the best MacPractice sales team.

In his spare time Simon is your typical “rugby dad”, shuttling his kids to and from their various sporting events.
He also loves fishing, cooking and a fine drop of red wine.

Leonie

All things book keeping

Leonie helps out in the background, doing the essentials.

You know the drill … bookkeeping, paperwork, administrative work.

She whips us into shape, managing our diaries, all while being an active mum of 3 kids.

Leonie enjoys spending her time with family and friends and loves a good TV binge, a glass of wine at the end of the day & eating her husbands great cooking!
